Our installers, Bruce and Bobby, were amazing. Very knowledgeable and good at problem solving. Took the time to make sure that the furnace was just right, and installed our central air in the snow flurries. They were respectful, friendly and courteous. The representative that came to give us the quote, Mike, was also very thorough. Highly recommend Goyette.

Mr. Tim came out to do summer maintenance on my furnace and air conditioner and I just want everyone at Goyette to know that I really missed Mr. TJ, but I truly love Mr. Tim. He is so professional and courteous just like Mr. TJ was, but even BETTER. I am not trowing any shade on Mr. TJ because I love them both the same. The comment is all about Goyette! This is the ONLY company that you want working on any mechanical issues that you may have (furnace, air conditioners, electrical, plumbing ). We had a Bryant furnace and air conditioning unit installed yesterday (11-23-21). The two young men that were here to do the install Kyle and Ethan did an outstanding job. The wife and I couldn't be happier. I had several questions and both Kyle and Ethan answered every one. After watching how they ran the lines and attached them versus the company that installed my old units, WOW! Big difference! Very neat, clean, and supported by actual fasteners. Great Job! From the start of our furnace problems to the new units that have been installed the Goyette Company has been Great! I would also like to say thanks to your tech Coby who found that we had a cracked heat exchanger. And I would also like to thank Ryan your estimator who came out right away to give an estimate and answer all my questions. Thanks again to all.

I requested and was scheduled for service on a particular day but after the technician completed another service early, they were able to arrive for my service 3 days earlier than scheduled. I explained the problem to the technician, just like it was explained to the service dispatcher when made the appointment. The technician quickly diagnosed the problem and made the repair and replacement. He was courteous and fair.

Goyette is the only company I use for all my heating, cooling and plumbing needs. They installed a new central air unit and furnace several years ago and I have them return for annual maintenance every year. In the spring for the central air and in the fall for the furnace. I have never felt overcharged by the work they have done. I have used them for 20 years. Greg Monzo has done the maintenance at my condo for as long as I can remember. He is professional, personable and trustworthy. As long as I own my condo, Goyette will be my "go to" company for heating, cooling and plumbing needs.

I wanted to take a second and let everyone know about Goyette Mechanical. My furnace went out Tuesday and the furnace was not repairable. I called several company's in the area on Wednesday and Kam from Goyette arrived and gave me a wonderful quote and explained everything about the new system that I would be getting. During the Covid-19 ordeal Goyette came out Thursday morning to install my new system. The technicians arrived at the time I was given, Job and Kyle were the two gentlemen that arrived at my home . The first thing they did was to come in put down tarps to keep my home clean and inspected the area of the furnace and the area outside where the new condenser would be placed. They completed the job in a very timely manner, cleaned up the area where they were working, inspected the system to make sure it was running correctly and then explained the new components to me in detail. They installed and new thermostat programmed it and explained to me how it works and the programming for it. I would HIGHLY recommend Goyette to anyone needing a heating and cooling system, hot water heater or generator. In closing THANK YOU JOB AND KYLE you did a GREAT JOB!!!!!!

We had somebody come out to do general maintenance/cleaning of our furnace. It was found that we had a crack in the heat exchanger. The technician was very professional and seemed very concerned about the issue. He told us that he could not do anything but shut the furnace down because keeping it on would be unsafe. Because of how old our furnace was (26+ years old), they no longer made the parts for what was wrong with it. He immediately got on the phone to his people to arrange somebody to come out to give us a quote on a new furnace. The technician apologized for giving us the bad news. Again, he was very professional and courteous. The sales person (Kameron) came out to the house the same day (a couple of hours later) and gave us a very reasonable quote on a new furnace. He was not pushy and did not try to sell us the most expensive product. He gave us three different options. We wound up choosing the middle option, which is what he recommended. The only bad news he gave us was that the next available date for them to come out and install the new furnace was about 2 weeks away (11/1/18). Luckily, it hadn't been too cold outside. What impressed me was that he offered to let us use a couple of portable heaters, free of charge, until we could get the new furnace installed. Those were brought over the same day as well (those little portable heaters did a wonderful job). The install of our new furnace finally arrived (it was a long 2 weeks...LOL). They told us it would take all day, approximately 6-8 hours. It took them about 5 hours to do the entire install! My husband told the guys that the install was pretty quick, and the guys said that our basement was pretty roomy and organized so it was easy for them to move around and get everything done! Overall, our experience with Goyette was a very positive one! Everyone that came to the house was very professional and courteous, even with two noisy barking dogs! We will definitely use them for all of our heating, cooling and plumbing needs, and we will even recommend them to friends and family! Thank you, Goyette, for everything!

Wayne & Peggy Coon We recently had ductwork and a furnace installed in our basement - which was mostly intended to provide air conditioning in our house. This was a very difficult install, which took a full 5 days to complete. Being an older house, there were many obstacles to get around. We got to know Job and Keaton (the installers) quite well over this period of time. It was quite refreshing to see two young men (I'm 73) with the strong work ethic and quality of workmanship that they had. They genuinely seemed to enjoy what they did and spoke very highly of the company they worked for. They always kept us well informed of what they doing, and asked for our input when necessary. They made sure that everything looked nice, in addition to being functional. All in all, we were very satisfied with job they did - the team of Kameron (sales), and Job and Keaton (installers). We would also highly recommend Goyette to other potential customers.

Dear Mr. Dominic Goyette, I am writing this letter to compliment you on having one of the most professional companies we have ever had in our home as well as your employees for demonstrating the true meaning of customer satisfaction time-after-time! My wife and I have been loyal customers over the years relative to minor repairs to our home HVAC system and water heater replacement. Recently we were having issues with the blower staying on with our 21-year old HVAC system. Knowing that our system was running on borrowed time, we once again called Goyette to replace our old Bryant furnace and A/C unit with a new Bryant system. Our first contact started on (12/19/17) with Tim Lambiris your Residential Estimator …during the initial home visit, Tim was very considerate not to exert any pressure on us but rather, explained the different options available, performance differences and costs to my wife and I about the Bryant products. In addition, Tim also took time to answer all of our questions which was especially comforting for my wife. To say the least, the overall process was seamless from the developing the quote, making the appointment, to the installation. On the day of installation (12/21/17) which was two days later, the Installers/Service Technicians-Marc & Jody showed up on time as was scheduled. They were very professional and courteous…even following a request that we had made to Tim to bring tarps to cover the stairs going downstairs since we had recently had new carpeting installed…Again, “Commitment” to customer satisfaction! Continuing on with Goyettes’ commitment to customer satisfaction, Tim Lambiris took the time and stopped by mid-morning on his day off to make sure that everything was going as planned with the installation. That’s what I call “dedication, professionalism and pride” in having such great employees that are willing to take the extra step for achieving happy customers! In the end, the Installers/Service Technicians-Marc & Jody cleaned up, tested the system and answered all of our questions before leaving. Marc even took the time individual to explain the programmable thermostat as well as help adding the Honeywell Lyric’s app to our android phone …everything worked like a charm! Lastly, I’m still amazed that Marc and Jody were at our house for 6 ½ hours and they never took a break...what incredible employee’s!! It’s evident that you put your customers in high regards as demonstrated by all of your employee’s attitudes and willingness to take the extra step at helping achieve complete customer satisfaction. .... It has been a true pleasure working with such a professional outfit. I would like to personally thank Tim Lambiris, your Residential Estimator as well as Marc & Jody, your Installers/Service Technicians for doing a great job on the recent HVAC installation. My wife and I feel thankful that we chose Goyette to replace our HVAC system. Not primarily because of the quality of the equipment, or the cost, no because of the people. Everyone we had the pleasure of meeting during the process from Tim, to Marc and Jody really showed what it means to have dedicated people working for your company. Courteous, welcoming, professional and skilled at their jobs is what we saw. John arrived promptly on a Sunday emergency service call, and immediately determined the necessary repair fix. He performed the repair in a minimum amount of time and alleviating the unsafe condition. He was friendly and communicated the necessary fix. It was a job well done!!

My service provider was faced with a difficult water leakage problem from my upstairs bathroom shower it appeared that I wasn't having a problem in that area he was so patient and after several weeks the leak appeared this was important as the leakage was in my was in the ceiling of my foyer .....bottom line leakage found and fixed ...what I appreciated was he handled everything in such a professional way. Can't tell you how happy I am with the results....

Greg was just here and on time as usual! AC maintenance completed quickly and professionally...as usual. I have had the maintenance agreement with Goyette for years and have NEVER had a bad experience. They've replaced a sump pump, garbage disposal, and hot water heater. Have done some minor plumbing and electrical work for me. Next year I will likely replace furnace and AC and there is NO one else I will contract with to install the new units. Highly recommend this company to anyone looking for friendly, professional technicians who do quality work. Jesse and Steve have provided great service. And Amy in the office is AWESOME.

Based on all the positive reviews we decided to use Goyette for an electrical problem we were experiencing and to install a new LED yard light. Not only did John Hanley the electrician arrive ahead of schedule but was a true professional and pleasure to work with.  He diagnosed the electrical problem and talked us through the process for correcting the issue and did an excellent job of installing the yard light.  Needless to say all those positive reviews are spot on!  Thanks again John and because of you we will be using Goyette for our future home maintenance needs.

Greg was quick, even earlier than promised. Quickly assessed the issue while explaining the problem to me in detail. So now I not only have heat again, but I got great information too!

Jobe and Jody and a third tech whose name I don't remember did an excellent job on replacing my furnace and a/c units . They were on time, professional, workmanlike and efficient. Very neat installation of the new furnace, venting, humidifier, thermostat and wiring. Bryant high effeciency furnace and 16 SEER a/c unit. Excellent clean up and instructions on use and maintenance of the equipment.

Greg and Steve, the two repair guys, we're amazing! Greg worked his rear off from morning until night - literally. When he arrived, I had an ailing boiling screeching for help. After he left, it was as quiet as a sleeping infant and my home was warm and toasty. I'd give him 6 stars if I could! Goyette should be proud of both Greg and Steve, and I am forever grateful. Tim Deplaunty was extremely knowledgeable and did a thorough inspection and found additional issues and repairs not related to his initial call. Tim initially detected CO2 4pmm in our basement and worked our mechanical situation through. He was very kind, courteous and explained the issues we are having with our furnace, thermostat (we bought a programmable Emerson) , hot water heater and humidifier. We signed up for the 100.00 a year service plan.

I recently had a furnace, air conditione, humidifier, thermostat and hot water tank installed. First of all I am very thankful and was very surprised at how quickly someone was here, about 4 hours from the time I called. Extremely surprised and thankful because we are currently in the middle of a heat wave. 7/23/16 Greg was very polite and professional. He didn't tell me what the problem was, he showed me. 7/18/16.I found my air conditioning was not working yesterday evening,Sunday, so I phoned Goyette Monday morning 7/18/16 8:30am.I was told they could have some one out between 10:00am and 12:00pm that day. Our new furnace and air conditioner was installed very professionally. They protected the carpeting while carrying in parts and taking out the old and cleaned up after themselves and even gave pointers to re-route our furnace humidifier. We always use Goyette for plumbing, heating/cooling, electrical work because of the workmanship of the employees, their kindness and professionalism. If you are comparing prices Goyette may be a touch more expensive than other places but you get what you pay for. The job is always done in a timely manor, done well, and workers are always willing to spend extra time with you educating you and answering any questions you may have. Very prompt and courteous service. Diagnosed one problem and replaced a minor part all within one hour. Suggested a cool down of the compressor to see if the new capacitor would fix the problem. Goyette is top notch all the way.

Fan motor shaft on A/C condenser unit was stuck. Greg analyzed the fault and made recommendations for a repair. Repair was completed promptly and the house is cool again.

Well! How to start, on April 18, 2016 two technicians, Mr. Marc and Mr. Tim from Goyette replaced my furnace and air conditioner and they far exceeded their scope of work. They removed rust from under my old air conditioner floor pad and painted the pad to stop the rust and installed a new platform for the new air conditioner to sit on, that was not in my contract to do, but they still performed the work without any added cost. And let me tell you about Mr. Marc and Mr. Tim they are the most dedicated workers that I have seen in a very long time, Mr. Marc never even stopped for lunch or bathroom break its unbelievable how they worked almost 12 hours without stopping to finish the job. They are young, but extremely knowledgeable about their work. These guys deserve a raise just because of their dedication to the work at hand and to their customer. Goyette , you are very lucky to have these two guys on your team. I am a truly happy customer, these men were so professional that I wanted to give them a raise. :) Mary Ann, Southfield, MI

We've been very pleased with the service provided by Goyette. We've often recommended Goyette to other libraries asking about HVAC service.

We simply cannot say enough how grateful we are to Mike Anson and the Goyette team. Our furnace unexpectedly died on us (in the middle of a snow storm)! Here we were with two children and no heat. Despite the bad roads, Goyette came out immediately. Then, they had workers here first thing in the morning (again, despite road conditions) to install the new furnace. All of the workers that came to our house were wonderful - knowledgeable, polite and courteous. We cannot thank Mr. Anson enough for treating us as more than a number - he treated us like humans. Business owners are quick now days to just look at the bottom line and dollars. It is rare indeed when you encounter someone that puts his fellow citizens first. We will definitely be singing the praises of Goyette & recommended them to everyone in the future.

I just wanted to say thank you so much for the great customer service. Having recently moved to the Owosso area I just looked you up in the phone book, not knowing what to expect. I was pleasantly surprised with the customer service from the person answering the phone to the tech who came out within 2 hrs. Called Goyette for a clean and check on my furnace. Amy scheduled the appointment to fit my time frame perfectly. Steve arrived as scheduled. I have never had a more respectable group of guys working in my house. Everyone was very polite and did a fantastic job explaining everything while there.

It was a great pleasure working with the crew of Goyette Mechanical. Mark & Matt was extremely friendly and courteous. They thought of every detail and continued to impress me as the job went on. I really like it when somebody takes pride in their work, and they sure did. The workmanship was beyond impressive. They worked on my house like it was their own and I place great value on that. I will certainly be counting on Goyette Mechanical for all my heating, plumbing, and electrical needs in the future. I was just so impressed with the work I cannot even tell you.

I just had about the best experience a person could have with getting a problem solved quickly. We had just come home from an extended vacation to find that we had hardly any water pressure. I wound up calling Goyette and they had their tech at my home at 8:00AM the next morning. The tech, Jesse, was polite, knowledgeable, personable and efficient. He got the problem fixed right away. We were extremely pleased with the service. If I should ever need plumbing, electrical or heating/cooling service in the future I will be calling Goyette again.
